June 12,2022 Open letter to current and future clients...

Dear client,
I'm sure you are aware of the current economical hardships our industry has been experiencing, due to supply chain issues, labor shortages, material cost, fuel cost, and surcharges.  Over the course of the past couple of years, we've seen significant price increases from our suppliers and subcontractors, in which we've done our best to absorb those added costs.  However this is not a sustainable approach, so will be passing along some of these increases.  Please note moving forward and effective immediately, each project will be reviewed prior to construction starting in order to ensure the materials are reflecting the current cost.  There will also be an increase in labor costs of approx. 8%-12%, based on the scope of work and the distance of travel.  
We understand these issues don't seem to be nearing an end anytime soon and will continue to do our best to keep costs as economical as we possibly can.  We appreciate your support through these challenging times.
